Welcome to GetRid.ng! These terms outline the rules for using our website and waitlist. By joining our waitlist, you agree to these terms. We're building something special for Nigerian students, and we want everyone to have a great experience.
1. What GetRid.ng is (right now)
Currently, GetRid.ng is a waitlist website. We're collecting emails from interested students and businesses. The full marketplace is coming soon. By joining the waitlist, you're expressing interest in the future platform.
2. Eligibility
To join our waitlist, you must be:
- A Nigerian university student OR
- A business owner selling to Nigerian students
- At least 18 years old
3. What you can expect from us
We promise to:
- Protect your email address (no spam, no selling)
- Notify you when GetRid.ng launches
- Be transparent about our progress
- Listen to your feedback
- Build a safe, secure marketplace
4. What we expect from you
By joining our waitlist, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information (real email, real name)
- Not use fake or temporary emails
- Not harass our team or other waitlist members
- Not attempt to hack or abuse the website
5. Intellectual property
The GetRid.ng name, logo, and design are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding without permission. We're proud of what we're building—please respect that.
6. Disclaimer
GetRid.ng is currently in development. The marketplace hasn't launched yet. We make no guarantees about launch dates, features, or availability. We're working hard, but things can change. Your patience is appreciated.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetRid.ng and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this waitlist website. This is a simple signup form—not the full marketplace yet.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to remove anyone from the waitlist who violates these terms. You can also remove yourself anytime by unsubscribing via the link in our emails or contacting us.
9. Changes to these terms
As GetRid.ng evolves, these terms may change. We'll notify waitlist members via email if significant changes occur. The latest terms will always be on this page.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Lagos, Nigeria.
